After you have placed the liner on your mask with the silicone slider at the top. Tighten the silicone slider. Then, if needed, simply cut out a TINY amount of fabric to adjust to your personal fit. (Make sure to use SHARP scissors and don't cut away too much and expose the silicone seal.)
Care: Hand wash after a few uses, depending on your skin type.
